Key Updates to Singapore PR Application Process

As of 26 June 2024, the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) in Singapore has introduced several important updates to the Permanent Residency (PR) application process. Notably, all PR applications must now be submitted online, with the previous option to use a downloadable offline form being discontinued. This shift to a digital process includes several key changes to the documentation requirements.

If you are a Singapore citizen or PR, you have the option to sponsor your spouse or unmarried child aged below 21 years old, born within the context of a legal marriage to, or have been legally adopted by submitting the application to the ICA which will require the respective documents such as marriage certificate and birth certificate of your child.
